Juracán is the musical brain child of Pierre Carbuccia Abbott, a self-taught artist from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic who lives in Portland, OR

Pierre has been in multiple bands (Vohké, Sól, Flood Peak), has experience with many different genres and has collaborated with multiple artists via Caribe Norwé (Julimar Viloria, LaPaushi, Karma Rivera, Eviana Vergara)

Since 2022, he has been a bassist for three musical theater productions at Portland Center Stage: ‘Hedwig and The Angry Inch’, ‘tick, tick… BOOM!’, and HAIR.
